My grandfather hunted them wild and knew exactly which ones were good or not, and which were poison. It's that poison part that keeps me from hunting them. I use store bought. They used to fry up one called an elephant's ear. It was very tasty.

Yah, I've never been comfortable eating anything that wasn't store-bought. Even then I sometimes worry.
