There's a theory going around that "men are born rapists", may sound a harsh but the reasoning is because of their testosterone, it makes them naturally aggressive and sexually threatening. Your thoughts.

Being the inquisitive type I had looked this up the amount of reverse rape on statics and more men do not report it because of social shaming. [projects.fivethirtyeight.com]
