And further more, why do I always, I mean always, get the tailgater 3 feet away from my rear and the 20 mph below speed limit drivers in front of me, both at the same time?
It is really frustrating being the only person on the road who knows how to drive!!

@beerhungry Sadly, I am a victim of both.......
I usually do about 2 under the limit. Unless you are on the interstate doing less than 40, you won't get pulled over for that.
