No it doesn't. Many places are in the Bible belt south. To me this seems weather and home price related.
Republicans don't seem to think that revenue has anything to do with deficits.

They are not worried because there are trillions to be had from SSI, and all that.
The Republican Governor of Kansas decimated the tax base, so I understand why people are leaving there. I am really glad I got out before Brownbeck got in.

I'd like to know how they are supposedmake this country better when they slash taxes while increasing military spending? If you spend more than you bring in, you usually don't last very long. Greece would be a prime example.
