Since I have both pneumonia and a sinus infection I have way too much time to read. The news is so depressing. Switching to a book now. Something fun and trashy!

Also recommended: rest, zinc, soup of choice, tea (additions optional), blankets. Get well soon!!

And you have antibiotics and some excellent chicken soup right?

You poor thing. Hang in there.

Just laying around. Doing nothing at all. Thanks for the kind words!

@GreatNani That's what I did when I had that epic flu last year and didn't realize they now have a DRUG for the Flu! lol Hang in there. Put everything in reach if you can.

Two aspirin, a bowl of chicken soup and call me in the morning. You'll feel much better. Have fun with your trash novel.

Chicken soup for sure! Not too trashy with my novel, actually reading a mystery.

I just went through that with a broken foot not being able to get around fortunately for me they took all my wonderful adventure stories that I've loved to read ever since I was a child and turned them into a video game........ so yeah

I try to avoid the news and to read fun books on Kindle instead.

I'm 66 years old now, but I used to get infections, flu, and pneumonia in my early 20s, after I moved to the US from our Haiti mission, and began eating the US food.
But one year I got so sick I almost died.

So I dumped red meat, white flour, white sugar, and most processed food and meat. After suffering for a few weeks hacking up congestion as I went through withdrawal, my stamina and strength suddenly doubled and I never had a cold, flu or infections again.

I have been following a plant based diet for awhile now. I thought it would help😟

@GreatNani Maybe switch to organic food, since pesticides and GMOs infect most of the US food supply now, and they don't even have to label it, thanks to Trump.
I used to buy food in bulk from an organic coop in our Morehead, KY, town, so it was very cheap to eat...i.e. a sack of spring wheat berries or rolled oats would last many months.

I also raised herbs and vegetables in small plots on my farm..picked blackberries, and ate fruit from our trees, but either froze it or ate it fresh.

Hope you feel better-lots of Vitamin C and garlic.

Garlic to keep the vampires away!

Don't you have a list of movies to watch or something?

Good move
