we're not slow to learn. we're not learning. there's a difference.

@Yogisan if we have to learn them over and over, we have not learned. that's not learning. that's the opposite of learning. the quotation, not far from accurate, is from george santayana. and again, it's NOT LEARNING. it's failure to learn.
