What does it mean to be spiritual? Is that not just a cop-out for wanting to keep your religion just in case.
@Millzy I'm not sure actually. I think it means they think we are all connected as humans. That's a good question.
@Millzy i don't think its a copout. I consider myself spiritual, but I don't believe in god, any gods. If anything i just believe in myself. The ability to be a better person. The ability to change.
When I go looking for those studies I haven’t found them. If you have links please share (thanks).
