MEN PREFER DEBT-FREE VIRGINS WITHOUT TATTOOS

I saw this on Twitter. Holy crap!

Here's the page: [thetransformedwife.com]

WTF? Was anyone raised this way?

Ahhh. Religious zealotry at its finest

That's how I was raised. Turns out I don't like the guys who want that...

Unsurprising.

Well that ruled me right out. I will go live with cats.

Given the choice of men like that vs. cats, the cats win every time.

I'm not real sure about that virgin part. What good is a virgin? Debt free is nice and I'm not a tattoo fan but if you have one you got it already.

That is probably so they can mark them with their own marks

That's exactly what happened to my daughters.

@DenoPenno Literally a mark? If so, where/what?

@shockwaverider a Dark Mark. They were both dating Voldemort.

... I'll see myself out.

@memorylikeasieve Don't forget your wand...

Ugh. I just threw up a little in my mouth. The clear implication here is, of course, that women should make decisions in their lives based on what men want. Also...debt-free probably translates to uneducated, what with student loans being the leading source of significant debt in young people today. Just threw up again.

Agreed. I've never been exposed to anything like that before. It is so extreme and ridiculous.

I was going to say that it is hard to imagine that still existing and then I remembered who our President is.

I was told that all the time growing up. Then I realised it's utter bullshit, as debt is unavoidable, tattoos are awesome, and I don't care what men want, anyway.

I'm really sorry you grew up that way. I can't imagine.

@Donotbelieve, @shockwaverider thanks. ?
It was one facet of a rural Midwestern conservative Xtian upbringing. And that upbringing is why I live on the West Coast, now. Far, far away

@memorylikeasieve I doubt if I'll ever move away from the West Coast unless I'm moving to Oz or NZ. I was lucky, in some ways, to have liberal intellectual atheist parents.

She must be looking for an eight year old.
