The only person I can change and control is myself.

You are 100% correct. Too many people don’t grasp that.

Many people cannot do that.

That it’s ok, IMPORTANT, to set boundaries and stick to them or some people will take advantage of you. I learned the hard way.

This is exactly what I was going to say!!

Be grateful for what you have, no matter what you have. You can always strive to improve your situation, but appreciate what you have.

Aww love this!

That life is far far far bigger than me.

Do whatever the fuck I want. I’m kind and a good human being so I don’t need any ones validation except mine.

The biggest thing for is that the more I know, the more I find of stuff I don't know.
Which is great because I love to explore and learn new things.

Put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. Practice good self care.

one of the biggest things one can ever learn is that you can't learn anything important by asking someone else what the biggest things they've learned in life to date are.

Illusion of knowledge is dangerous, if you don't test your knowledge, you don't really know.
And it is worse, even emergency knowledge worth nothing if you don't train, in emergency situation your brain goes back to default and you do all wrong, so the only way to override it is to train so much that the correct behaviour becomes your default.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to divulge her exact weight.

You can really only control your own actions....anything else is illusory.

Beware of your own conditioning, and always think for yourself.

If you keep doing new things/learning... your mind will stay young.
Hard times do get better.
Getting enough sleep is integral.
Money does help.
A healthy body helps maintain a healthy mind.
Parenting is learn on the job... everybody wings it.
Kids grow up quick... make the most of their youth.
Generally speaking, regret will only come from the things that you DONT do.
Falling in love is 10 out of 10 fun... losing it hurts 20 out of 10.
It's better to have loved and lost than never loved.
Follow your dreams and work hard but make time for friends, family and yourself.
Meditation works.
Anything can be learnt, languages, social skills, sports, etc, etc, etc.
Don't be fearful of anything or at least be brave enough to overcome those fears so that they cannot hinder your journey.

First, Every decision you make has the potential to make the world a little better or a little worse for you and those around you. Second, Woman, always leave them wanting more, except with sex, then you leave them walking funny for three days.

That I need to have my own back. If I can't be there for myself, life is going to be a whole lot harder... Also, setbacks and disappointments are not the end of the world, but opportunities to learn.

I would love to turn back time and go to years I was really happy in. I was stupid then and I know it now. Even if I could turn back time I would be very reluctant to do so because doing it would make me more stupid than I am today and I would not like that. 🙂

If your gf asks anything about her hair, just say it's perfect.

Always speak your mind, give advice /warnings/predictions, NOBODY is listening anyway, so my conscience is clear!

The single most important lesson I've learned is that when all is said and done it pretty much comes down to luck.

We are not at all as evolved as we think we are.. We are primates that can recognize our reflection in a mirror.. yes we have developed society, technology, medicine.. etc. But we're still animals.. (meant in a good way).. we have developed empathy and compassion.. we should care for our planet and what we leave behind..
