Rick Scott hasn't even been declared the winner of the election in Florida yet, and he's in DC, with McConnell, being welcomed to the Senate. That's some seriously messed up shit, right there. There should be a provision that disqualifies people for that kind of behavior.

Right....well they are republican. They just make the shit up as they go along. ?

Yes, they do.

@KKGator ......and they are really good at it too. ?

In other words, he won. Regardless of what the vote count was, it's going to come out in his favor...you just watch.

I know.

Reminds me of the Truman-Dewy race.

Can't even wait until the legally-required recount is completed. SMFH

That's how they roll. Pompeo wasn't Secretary of State when he first went to North Korea, but that's ok because they're with the right party, just like when the GOP sent a delegation to Russia in July. If a Dem did that, those same GOP members would be talking about impeachment - the word's so en vogue these days.

Like Politicians are going to introduce any legislation that will restrict their ploys to get whatever they want...

Scott is an arrogant, self-absorbed and morally bankrupt crook. He has used a huge golden parachute from being fired from his health insure company (he led over 1.9 BILLION of medicare fraud) to finance his entire political career. It is amazing to me that anyone could vote for th slimy slug.

@sweetcharlotte A lot of Florida Republicans did know that. But, too many of them value ideology and political power over truth and morality.

Damn st8.

He stood there with a smirk across his face and didn't want to answer questions. POS did not belong there but POS McConnell welcomed him illegally. Election not over till Thursday - still counting votes.

I think we all need to prepare ourselves for what's coming in 2020.
These assholes are claiming fraud, when there has been NO evidence of any. The law requires a recount. That's what is happening.

Scott is taking a page from 45 and banging on about fraud, just to whip up the "base".

If 45 doesn't win re-election, and the republicans don't keep the Senate, you can bet your ass that they will all be screaming "fraud".
They're starting to do it now, just to get a head start on the whole process.
It's going to get really ugly, and I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't blood in the streets. 45 feeds off of that kind of energy, and he stokes it.

Since when has votes ever mattered in American politics?

There should be a provision to disqualify all sorts of asshole behavior by many, but there isn't...Scott and McConnell are two peas in a pod plotting how they continue to get rich while keeping many Americans from getting much needed medical attention...

I wish Scott were in line with me at the pharmacist when the elderly woman in front of me burst into tears because she could not pay the $598 co-pay for her heart medication...I wished I could have paid it for her, but I couldn't. They are going to let her pay it in installments, but it is just so wrong.

I've detested Scott for years. I'm also appalled that the people of Florida elected that scumbag, twice! 72 counts of Medicare fraud, and he walked away from all of it. When he first took office, I was still living in Florida. One of the first things he did was refuse to expand state Medicaid. I've been permanently disabled and living on SSD since 2008. It wasn't until I moved to Georgia, in 2013, that I was finally able to start getting the proper medical attention I need. Scott has been getting rich(er) and the people of Florida are getting poorer and sicker. He is vile.
Now, he's claiming a Senate seat that he hasn't even been declared to having legally won. They are still counting votes.
I really hate that piece of shit.

@KKGator I have watched him steal from the people of Florida and they bend over and ask for more...one reason I won't retire there...he has been screaming voter fraud when he is in charge of it...and the people who voted for him are too stupid to see that...I feel for those who suffer because of him and others who fail to actually serve THE PEOPLE.....I hate that piece of shit as well...

@thinktwice 100% agreed.

Man...that would have been hard to watch. You want to help...but FUCK...$600 almost!!! And that is probably only for a month or 3 at the most!

Not sure which of those 2 I find more loathsome, maybe the answer is C, the assholes that voted for them.
