That depends on wether you are a moron, or you are classically trained in the Arts. Earth, Wind, Water, Fire, Spirit. Spirit is element number 5. You can translate spirit to consciousness, unless you are trying to define spirit by it's other definition. Which in this case the sense of the term connotes a corpreal entity.
So the choice is yours. Being Spiritual refers to ones sense of being conscious within ones environment and having a sentient nature of perception or discernment.
