I often use" progressive" instead of "liberal" just because the right has tainted the word "liberal" so much.

Trump believes in being liberal. He's liberal with the truth, liberal with handing out insults, liberal in groping, liberal in his praise of tyranny ..... in fact he's possibly the most liberal ever American leader.
