For all the lefty's out there. and, no not the political, I mean left handed people like me.
Is it just me or do you notice another lefty and say something like, hey, I'm one too, or something like that.?
I notice it all the time.

Scientifically 'lefties' are far more creative, free-thinking, passionate, compassionate and open-minded than most 'righties' even the Great Leonardo Da Vinci was a 'leftie' which has been proven by looking at the angle,etc, of his brush strokes and writings.
I still do many things leftie style like writing, painting, sculpting, etc, so, Lefties stand tall, be Proud, above all else Be yourselves.

A Righty, I love Lefties (and Leftists) … pushing their way across fresh ink.. I’m still mesmerized watching them write, or do about anything.. One of my favorite guitarists is Elliot Easton. Always curious as to what additional skills that ‘other dominance’ allows for... OK, I’ll just watch

I usually don't say anything when I see another lefty.. but I've had it said to me a good bit. Like I get that people like to connect to similar people, Jeep people wave to each other, guys with beards like to nod to one another.. but I find it kind of annoying when another lefty says something to me about being left handed. I'm pretty antisocial, I don't really care if we have a similarity.. just stay out of my bubble. I would be willing to wager that a good chunk of lefties would be more annoyed than anything by it seeing as we have an inclination to social issues.

@FatherOfNyx That's cool to see the studies, but they are both of around 100 people, not that statistically significant. I had heard that we are more likely to have a high IQ, but I guess that's not true either: [psychologytoday.com]
In my experience it's been quite the opposite.
When I mention it to another lefty, they usually smile.
@Stephanie99 It's always good to remain skeptical of an individual study or two, but if you Google "left handed autism" you'll find numerous studies showing a link. For me, I don't pay a study much mind until numerous studies come out that have similar results. I've seen plenty of studies now that show a prominent link between left handedness and autism spectrum disorders, coupled with personal experience. I theorize that that's why being left handed was once seen as being bad because a higher percentage of lefties have antisocial personality aspects versus righties. I don't think it was just because they're different or "abnormal".
@TristanNuvo I can see it, I'm just saying that I find it annoying.. but I'm pretty much annoyed by most social interaction. I did say something to one dude once cause he was like the 5th customer in a row to come in that was left handed, he seemed pretty annoyed by it.
I think you guys should wear special rings or something. So we all can know who you are.

@Bobby9 Shhhhhh, not supposed to tell.
My racist dad bought me a shirt as a kid that said "The Southpaws Shall Rise Again" with a leftie raising his fist and a confederate flag. I wore it until I learned what the implication was and then threw it out, even though it was a neat shirt apart from the racist implication.
I come from a family of six, left-handed, highly intelligent, hilarious musicians and artists.
I feel delighted to see someone is left-handed. "Are you a musician or artist?" I ask. Ninety-nine percent say yes.

I'm not a musician, but I am a good singer and have always sung since I was a child. Would that count as another typical lefty in your experience?
Of course, singing well makes you a musician.

I've actually posted some of my stuff here.
And I have heard that before about many lefties being artists or musicians. Seems to be true.
