Uh oh, it appears Prancer is doing more than just prancing about...

Back in the early 70s, I worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. I wrote a leaflet that I circulated on my mail run to all the offices. It was a legal sounding finding against Santa Claus due to discriminatory hiring practices. Because of my newsletter, EEOC actually did enact broad hiring directives to the Claus Industry workshops that resulted in sweeping changes in workplace practices. Now, sadly with the new president, those regulations have been abandoned resulting in a workshop environment filled with tension. That one of the reindeer went postal does not surprise me.
