Now you just have to worry about rising ocean levels due to climate changes.
I myself moved form Los Angels to Portland (OR), as I fgure it will just get warmer here as time passes by. Also, we have a hell of a lot more water here than in Los Angelss.
@snytiger6 rising oceans, hurricanes... it's something everywhere you go.
