How can this possibly be legal?

It is an immanent threat to our rights as citizens. Both McConnel and Shumer want to make BDS practices illegal.

Not surprised with all the shit Texas puts out, and the pro-Israel lobbying going on in this country.

This is nuts. I’m surprised Nebraska doesn’t have such an oath but we don’t.

How is something like that even legal?
I hope she wins her case. That's fucked up.

Oh my. That is quite suspicious to me. It's also odd that it is such a big deal that they put it in teachers contracts.

I admire this woman's principled stand against curtailment of her free speech rights and I hope she sues the piss out of Texas forcing to drop its bigoted law. The USA ought to have no laws baring free speech as outlined in the Constitution.

land of the free..... i guess that is why so many of our house of Reps and senators have their 2nd citizenship in Israel.

People should not be allowed to be politicians if they have dual citizenship. Here in Australia we have gone threw a year of politicians that had dual citizenship but were not aware of it. They had to quit.

@Jolanta Not entirely accurate. It is only Federal politicians who cannot be dual citizens. State politicians have no such restriction,

@DoctorJohn Thank you for saying that but I didn’t specify who could and who cannot
