Not necessarily the young. Plenty of older folks with the same mentality. That whole "mess with me, I'll just shoot you, cause that's my right" (in America). And, before you flame me, I'm 67 years old and live in Kansas.

@DotLewis That man who murdered the seven year old girl as she was riding in the family car. For either some minor traffic offense the mother had not even realized she committed or for a terrible racist rage.
Her family will mourn forever because we let just anyone have guns.

Yes, many youth are lacking in gratitude, but by no means all, or even the majority. But I think a too easy life with too many material things given and not earned produces poor excuses for human beings most of the time.

I see it also as the ages old fear of the outsider and the different.

@BufftonBeotch Since you were ten, well that was a long time ago and you still love it. Has it helped you, has it always been to your advantage? If yes then just keep on using it but don't get angry when one day it suddenly will backfire on you in a situation that is important.
