I have been thinking about this website. I just have been busy with a lot of things. I'm an agnostic and a staunch Democrat. What never ceases to amaze me is when I talk to Christians that support Trump. These people are largely ignorant and have a minimal education. Trump flies in the face of everything Jesus preached. They're HYPOCRITES!!

Yes I agree, I have said it many times on here. Most populist movements in the US, Brazil and many other places are first and foremost driven but gaps in the education system. Here in the US, you have rural underfunded education, no Federal Standard, Pushy Christian right and that is a recipe for disaster. What is the most frightening is that there are educated people who still believe in Trump, that I do not get.

Or perhaps moral and ethical contortionists...

They are hypocrites, but they support Trump because he at least talks like he supports their cultural agenda and that's what really matters to them, not having a leader that acts like a pious Christian. It's the agenda that matters to them, not having a role model. They would follow and support Satan himself if he ran for prez and promised to enact their agenda.

Hypocrites? Some of the more educated ones maybe, most are just dumb, know nothing about their or anyone else's religion, think that "God Hates Fags" is a biblical quote ad believe Jesus was named after a Mexican swear word.
Believers of a right wing tendency tend to have the brains of a cucumber frame, the imagination of a trailer park and the morals of a US president.

I resent that you insulted cucumbers

Supporting Trump is only one thing that makes them hypocrites.

I think you'll find that a whole lot of them genuinely look down on education especially anything to do with science. They voted for Trump because he promised jobs that don't require thinking.

He promised jobs that just happen not to exist and at the present moment, are denying 800,000 government workers, jobs that do exist.
