The mother of a friend was 52 when he was born. She probably thought she was too old to worry about it.

Whatever age that she becomes menopausal. Of course, that milestone is achieved by missing more than six consecuitive periods. Pregnancy can have a similar effect if one is not careful.

For myself, I decided after 35. I don't decide for anyone else.

That is as individualized as "what's your favorite color?" The number of health factors involved here is too many for any kind of universal valid answer.

Depends on her health and Dr's opinion.

That is a question for an OB/GYN.

It depends on the woman and her health. It's not like the old days when the mid-to-late-30s was the last chance - there have been plenty of women in their 40s who have given birth to healthy babies, and even some in their 50s.

Science has shown that the older any partner is in any given partnership the more likely their offspring will suffer congenital defects. Typically in women the risk is lower below the age of about 40 give or take a couple of years. I got this information from Dr. Sydnee McElroy on sawbones, a podcast. She is a family doctor practicing in Huntington, West Virginia. So before the hate starts rolling in, there's my qualified, liberally biased source.

I think a Dr Italy helped a woman who was at least 60 to have a child.

Once her eggs are powdered.

When she says so, up to a point, and depending on her health.
