I have read that weird temps lead to big swings in those temps as the weather system seeks the median. This might explain the incredible winds here.....

The polar vortex and this type of extreme weather phenomenon is predicted. LEARN the difference between weather and climate. I'm repeating someone's posted idea. Your lack of knowledge is overwhelming.
I won't debate if there is climate change. I will listen to arguments, even shitty ones, on what to do about it.
