Are you seriously impling that RT set up a false twitter account for Maduro just so they could report on it?
Should not the question be why this HAS NOT been reported in the English speaking mainstream media in the west while it is all over the European press?
The Catholic Herald has also reported Maduro appealing to the the Vatican for help, seen that anywhere else either?

@LenHazell53 Had a brief look and its pretty predictable. I have a close friend from Venezuela who has told of how what should be one of the richest countries in the world has been fucked up by Chavez and his cronies. Now he knows how bad it was before and all the good intentions of socialist rhetoric that they followed but the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Add to that the corruption and blatant incompetence, personality cult and denial of any opposition. What is left is a country on the brink of civil war.
You really think that Maduro does not want the US to invade? Think again, it is about the only thing that will keep his sorry lame duck arse in power. If he was really the legitimate leader of that country, then there would be no disputing of the elections and thousands of his citizens would not be walking all the way to the USA to face a wall.
As for RT it is fox news ++.I do not do fox, RT, the mail or sun newspapers. If you would like a more balanced view on this situation (ie from no one with a dog in this fight) try this. [aljazeera.com]

Maduro is not a socialist he is a dictator, yes he is a monster who has ruined his country, yes he is a lunatic, again I never denied any this about him or his idiot predecessor.
All I said, AGAIN is that condemning a report as untrue because of it being reported by RT (or Fox) is stupid, every media outlet in the world is biased one way or another including (perhaps especially) al jazeera which is pretty much a Qatar government Theocratic sharia mouthpiece, that does not mean that they don't on occasions do, do actual journalism.
See a report, check it out contextual to its ownership and then either dismiss it or or accept it in light of evidence available.
I also had a relative who worked in Argentina, Venezuela and other south American countries throughout the 70s and early 80s fleeing to Venezuela via Bolivia Columbia and Peru At the outbreak of the Falklands war in 82, so please do not make presumptions about what I do or do not know.
