Pull up a tree!

The New Forest in UK is a wonderful place to visit. There are ponies walking around freely, just a magical place to be.
The Healing Power of Nature
For over 15 years, Japanese physicians have prescribed nature therapy for patients.
"In one study, Yoshifumi Miyazaki, a forest-therapy expert and researcher at Chiba University in Japan, found that people who spent 40 minutes walking in a cedar forest had lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which is involved in blood pressure and immune-system function, compared with when they spent 40 minutes walking in a lab.
"Another researcher, Dr. Qing Li, a professor at the Nippon Medical School in Tokyo, found that trees and plants emit aromatic compounds called phytoncides that, when inhaled, can spur healthy biological changes. In his studies, Li has shown that when people walk through or stay overnight in forests, they often exhibit changes in the blood that are associated with protection against cancer, better immunity and lowetr blood pressure.
"Recent studies have also linked nature to symptom relief for health issues like heart disease, depression, cancer, anxiety and attention disorders."

Thank you. Great share!
I live under 4 large trees and this does not happen to me.
The actual study refers to mental fatigue being improved not physical. But also see @LiterateHiker's comment above.
This doesn’t sound believable. I’ve been under many of trees and haven’t felt my energy increase. Can you link the study?
Ok, the authors of this meme do seem to have put their own spin on the findings of the study (at least I think I found the correct study.) Here is one paragraph they may have used.
Researchers believe the findings could have broader impact on helping people who may be suffering from mental fatigue.
Here's the link. [news.umich.edu]
