I wish people would stop telling me, “Agree to disagree.”

I didn't agree to this disagreement. I don't want to be disagreeable, but I didn't agree to agree with you regarding our disagreement. You don't get to decide what I do and do not agree to. And besides, if I do agree to disagree, doesn't that mean that by default I agree with you? Which is a problem: since I disagree with you.
