Why was the tooth brush invented north of Belleville, Ontario? If it had been invented anywhere else, it would have been a teeth brush.

A large portion of these back-woods clowns worked at Ontario Hydro- for anyone of normal intelligence- the reason for not getting employment at Ontario Hydro- you didn't get a low enough mark on their stupidity test!
