Redact the word "concern". It might convey misgivings.
Redact "it may". It might convey a possibility of guilt..
Redact the word "Mueller". It might convey the impression that this is an advert for yoghurt based desserts.
Note: I'm not too happy about leaving in "sincerely" as it might give the impression that this is a dishonest report.
You should be OK after these final adjustments.
