OK, here's a question for Dr Who fans: Which planet did the Daleks come from?

I started watching when Tom Baker was playing the Doctor.
Some of my favorite storylines are from the 4th doctor. Loved the Pirate Planet, which was written by Douglas Adams.
I liked and enjoyed Peter Davison as the 5th doctor. He unfortunately had the difficult task of following Tom Baker.
The new Dr. Who series have a different feel to them. Throughly enjoyable and fun, but different. I was glad to see Dr. Who continued.

Yes. #4 was my telecrack for several years. I have only seen a handful of newer interations.

I am a nuWho fan. I also watch the show with Captian Jack in it. Tennat and Matt Smith are my great, they played very fun regenerrations of Dr. Who. I reaaly liked #9, too bad the actor would not stay longer on the show.

No, not a fan at all... Have built 2 full sized Daleks, 1 half sized Dalek, built a half size tardis that's bigger on the inside, built a cyberman suit, planing on a either a k9 or strax model for later in the year.. but nope, can't stand the show 🙂
Tom baker was my doctor as a kiddo, Matt Smith my favourite of the new (Although I have soft spot for missy)

"What's the point of being an adult if you can't act like child every now and then"-4th
"A straight line might be the shortest distance between two points but it's hardly the most exciting"3rd
"Care for a jelly baby?" 2nd and 4th

The reason that the TARDIS looked like a police box was that it was designed to blend in with whereever it was but the mechanism was faulty.

Strange that nobody ever got around to fixing it.

We don't have such things in England now although there is a real one in the gas station near me. The guy who owns it is some kind of SF nutter. There are Daleks on the roof, cibermen, and Star Wars characters inside. There are also transformers - 8 feet tall.

Lost my sonic screwdriver, I voted for Joanna Lumley to be the next female Doctor

amazing BBC Radiophonic workshop 1963, god I was 12 tears old then, Tempus Fugit

Yeah. Tempus does indeed fugit.

Yes! Started with Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker when I was a kid. Also liked Christopher Eccleston in the newer shows. I have a lot of catching up to do with episodes beyond Eccleston.

Doctor 9 is my favorite! 10 was really good, 11 was ok, 12 was iffy, but I am looking forward to 13! The classics were interesting but don't hold my interest as well as the new ones.

Yes. I love the later ones. The Classic doesn't do much for me.

I was a young child watching Doctor Who in the Tom Baker years. I LOVED it. Then when they restarted the series I was ecstatic. I was already a Christopher Eccleston fan, and I thought he was awesome. Haven’t missed an episode since.

I went back and got into the classics I had missed. Haven’t seen them all yet, but I will.

Yes and no. Haven't really looked into the classic stuff. Clara is everything I've ever wanted in a human being.

@ShabbyChicGirl Yeah, it took a while to fall in love with Capaldi, but I did eventually. But it was always about Clara for me. I loved the difference in perspective in how they both loved her, tied together by the phone call at the regeneration that shows it doesn't really change anything. But that powerful, smart, beautiful girl who you accidentally step on her toes, but she doesn't let you get away with it and loves you enough to stop existing because she knows you'd do the same for most of humanity... She was a wonderful mirror to the doctor, but unlike many female roles that play a mirror, she is a strong character on her own. I love her character and how the writers used her. The episode where Capaldi lived a loop a few million times for Clara is the moment I fell in love with him.

Me,me! Grew up watching classic Dr. Who. It was on PBS late at night and my Mom would let me stay up to watch it With her. I vacillate between John Pertwee and Tom Baker as my favorites.

Jon Pertwee was best in The Navy Lark, an ancient show from the steam radio days.

Yep. Tom Baker was my gateway Doctor. I also love Inspector SpaceTime.
