Well, for a news story I quite liked this.
Not sure about No 16, feeling connected to "the universe". That's iffy.
My own would include:
- Realising at an early age it was all crap and fairly stories.
- No God could exist and allow so much cruelty and misery in the world, including in its name, unless it was an impersonal God, so any worship is pointless.
- Which God?

At age 13, I became an atheist when I realized the Bible is just a book of stories written by men.
I chose rational thought over magical thinking.
