How would you reduce the numbers of unwanted pregnancies?
By now we are all familiar with the strategy of slut-shamming, abstinence only sex ed and terrorizing women to get the numbers down.
Statistics suggests those are not working very well. What a shock.
Naturally, I'd start with real sex education and making access to contraceptives easier.
Due to my limited experience with people who have had unwanted pregnancies, I'd try expanding the mental healthcare. Untreated depression or other problems lead to poor judgment.
What would you do?

Through a handful of decades, make sex disgusting. Start by emasculating some of the men. Use them to create a subculture which views animated women as the "cleanest" form of sex. In both the increasingly disturbing anime porn and in actual porn, blur out the reproductive organs to reinforce the fact that sex is gross and embarrassing.
With sex actively repressed by the people, you can then create an efficient economy that does not need to support as many children, and has more able bodies to work 80 hours a week with undying loyalty to their boss.

Better sex education, free contraception, free and easy access to morning-aftet pill, easier access to abortion. What is your problem with unwanted pregnancies? Do you need personal advice?

I'm merely looking to expand my arguments.
Usually when I talk about politics in other forums I get republicans coming at me sideways, regurgitating oneliners like: "we don't murder babies".
Their absurd abortion narrative has become the only leg that supports their delusion of moral superiority.and I enjoy wrenching that leg away from them; starting with listing real measures we can take to achieve the goal of all sane people - fewer unwanted pregnancies, which will lead to fewer abortions - and point out that the far right are either not supporting those measures or have outright tanked them on purpose.
It's not just that I want to make liars skulk away and stay quiet. I'm hoping to influence anyone watching; either to listen to their conscience and change their vote, or attempt to soften their barbaric approach to women, from within their own party.
If we don't try to change the narrative, the lairs win.
Separate schools for boys and girls..

I think you have to address the root problem and that's religion. Religion made a bargain with the ruling class to control the masses by subjugating women in order to gain support from men, produce cannon fodder and labour for the ruling class and secure their own power base. If you want to educate people on birth control then you have to eliminate the misinformation campaign that religion produces as part of its core program so that means you have to get rid of religion.
