I think that part of the problem is that people are politically biased. Incumbents will get reelected because they are in the right political party for their area of the country.

How smart is it to infer that one of the brightest politicians, known for her intelligence and cunning, is somehow dumb? Bad agitprop at best.

I agree. However, as half the world's population has an IQ of just 100 or less. The "problem" is nto easily overcome.

C'mon Robert, your baiting me. Lol. You know I can't resist. Here goes. The only dumb voting block are those Republicans who have abandoned conservative values and support Trump. There I did it. I bit. Lol.
