Public Service Announcement. Mea Culpa - it appears that my surfing of Zillow and Google Earth for the purposes of scoping out potential "retire and live cheaply" locations has brought disaster to those spots. Add Dayton, OH to the other locations of Jefferson City MO and Paradise CA that I have scoped out in the last couple of years. Also, if you happen to live in Medford, OR or the Fayetteville/Benton/Rogers AR areas, please protect yourselves!
