Death is an essential part of evolution. You cannot improve the machine without replacing the defective parts. We run in horror from death because we possess the second essential ingredient of evolution, survival instinct. That horror however gives rise to fantasies of an afterlife. That empowers religions to sell false hopes at a very high price. It's all pretty simple don't you think? The machine is a big as the universe. Are you going to change it's course. I don't think so. So for now, I think I'll get high and watch it happen.

You jumped from survival instinct (which every living thing has) to fantasies of an afterlight. It was as quick as lightning. Don't you think you're missing some really big steps? Recycling is a wonderful idea. We need to learn more from nature.

Congratulations. Parts of what you said actually originate from the meaning and purpose of life. Although your explanations are slightly unrefined, the ideas behind your thoughts are quite complex. I have to say. You might contain 5% of the meaning and purpose of life just within this paragraph. Extremely remarkable.

.. yeh it’s fact we are biological machine and death is just a technical issue results fault / malfunction of this biological machine.
We are possibly also the only life form that is conscious that we are mortal.
