Good for Lightfoot. Maybe immigrants will be able to evade ICE capture as long as the police don't help ICE to track them.
The ICE raids to begin on Sunday bear a similarity to the era of the Underground Railroad when the slaves had to escape capture.

Good, it's best all around if local police don't work with ICE. It just makes the issue worse.
