He’s been living scared of being exposed every since he chose to expose himself to much more public scrutiny. At some point someone will break through the “omertà” and expose his secrets and take him down. But his base will rise up and defend him anyway.

Of course he's scared. If I remember it was Hillary that appeared for more than 8 hours to the committee over Benghazi. When asked to appear to answer questions about obstruction, how much time did Trump spend appearing before Mueller? How many people has he told not to comply with subpoenas? People who have nothing to hide don't run scared.

@Captain_Feelgood My memory is not that bad, perhaps maybe you need to check yours. He was first asked to testify which his lawyers refused to allow and then they came up with the written nonsense which proved to be ridiculous. As every other word from the man's mouth is a lie, of course it is easy to find an article where he says the opposite but the truth is out there. [vox.com]
@gearl I beg to differ... Donald Trump was never formally asked, much less subpoenaed to appear before Mueller or any other investigative panel. Google it yourself. If you can show me a reputable publication showing otherwise, I'd be more than happy to concede here, but I don't think you can.
Edit: Your 'vox' article doesn't say Trump was subpoenaed, or asked to testify. It says the idea of him testifying was floated in a meeting.. Big difference there.
Haaahahahaha.... "The POTUS called the special counsel “highly conflicted” and said the hearing set for Wednesday would “be bad for him and the phony Democrats." .... Is that 'trashing' Mueller to you? Trust me, he's not scared.
