His lawyers fucked up big time on this one. Not lookin good.

Trump must have the worst lawyers in the world. He has settled so many cases and paid out on them. He also lost a lot of case and paid out on them. He can't even hire the best lawyers t o defend him.

First off, I have not actually seen the document in question, but from what I understand, neither Trump nor "Daniels" is actually named in the document, but both parties are referred to by pseudonyms. That being the case, the signers of the agreement would be the parties bound to it. If she had her lawyer sign in her place as Trump did, it would be easier to argue that she was not bound to the agreement. The case could go either way.

It doesn't really matter. Daniels lawyers are making them look like idiots. They're going to break it then make Trump try to stand by it to enforce it. Which has terrible optics and discovery.
