Headline on MSN "BELLA THORNE COMES OUT AS PANSEXUAL"
Firstly who the hell is Bella Thorne and who cares anyway.
There are Heterosexual people and Homosexual people, possibly Bisexual people who fancy a bit of both. The rest are just lifestyle choices.
Pansexual
Omnisexual
Asexual
Demisexual
Autosexual
Skolicsexual
And probably a few more. Made up words to justify peoples sexual choices.
OK , if that's what you fancy ,fine, get on with it but who cares.
If you socialize much on social media, you have to be able to concisely describe yourself in 500 words or less. It's not easy, hence the bazillion posts here about "how other people should write their profile, to please me". Anyhow, lots of new words have been invented for the sake of online convenience. And some of them, like demisexual, are a practical filter... It mostly means "I'm not interested in hookups". Some are more about ideals, like pansexual... It means "I'm not closed minded about who I love, and I accept people across the gender spectrum". Most of It is about kids doing their thing, and strutting around. Who cares.
My step daughter identifies as pan sexual and we just consider it as a different way of identifying as bi because we don't care, she's happy. Kids gotta label stuff differently for some reason.
But bisexuality isn't a lifestyle choice, it's a matter of attraction to both sexes, sometimes fairly equally, sometimes more towards one sex or the other.
Sometimes I wonder if the invention of celebrities as a concept will actually be the downfall of the human race.
You get this information on those you do not even know because America showed an interest in Reality TV. This finally led to a Reality TV POTUS and media assumed that to stay caught up you would have to know "who is doing what" as well as what the non-celebs views on everything are. It's a real mess.
I have no idea what most of these words actually mean...nor care. What others do in the privacy of their own bedrooms, and with whom ...as long as they are doing it with consenting adults....is their business. I too have never heard of Bella Thorne...in fact I haven’t heard of most of today’s so called celebrities, only glimpsing into that crazy world around every six weeks when I get a handful of magazines thrust into my hands when I visit my hairdresser! I’m amazed at the number of these people...all virtual clones of each other and who seem to be in and out of relationships with the same regularity as the latest fashion trend....whatever kind of sexual preferences they may have or whatever new name they label themselves with.
I think the latest celebrity "thing" is to pansexual and I don't think it has anything to do with cookware in the kitchen
