It slows down heading to 40 enjoy it because it's all downhill after that lol.

Oh, my....I had a brain stem stroke at 38, has my 39th birthday in ICU with my head held motionless by sandbags & a catheter, for 3 weeks, lost the ability to read & write, down 30 IQ points, trouble walking, talking, reasoning, my. self-built business gone etc etc etc. Now at 71 I am 7th-term president of a large Senior Singles Club, still maintain my home, yard & pool singlehandedly, travel in my tiny RV with my little dog, best time of my life, hands down! No such thing as giving up!
