I wouldn't put it past him. 
They should put Congressman Steve King and Congressman Louie Gohmert on Television and let them have DUMB-OFF! The winner, the dumber of the two, gets a mostly paid for weekend in Prickwillow, England. The runner up gets an overnight stay at the Motel Six in Beaverlick, Kentucky wondering how he could not be dumber than the other one when he stayed up all night not studying. (These are real towns.)
