I guess municipalities should not enforce permits and laws and just let anyone do as they wish .Do you have any common sense?

Do you honestly think that permit laws can indiscriminately be enforced or not enforced on the whim of a Public servant because of how he feels about the circumstances he Is dispatched to .

So you think public employees for the police and health department should have the ability to decide who can break the law and do whatever they want with out legal permits and their supervisors will let them get away with this decision.You should not call employees nasty names for doing what they are paid to do.

liberal knee jerk bleeding heart reaction to a situation without thinking about the repercussions of such an act .If one person does something with out a permit then it sets a precedent for any body to give away anything with out a permit.What would happen if the food was spoiled or contaminated.The reason why permits and regulations are enacted and must be enforced is actually to protect people

I remember watching our service men burying food in the ground as the poor Panamanians watched through the fence...it was heartbreaking, but I was told it was to protect them from getting ill by eating "expired" food...guess it was better to die of starvation...still sickens me...stories like this make me not want to be part of the human race...

My first job had us pouring “green slime” on any produce we’d toss out, to keep it from being eaten by the hungry. Corporate policy that still makes me sick..
