Federal judges rule vs Trump in 3 cases on executive powers: 1. His tax records for 8 years, 2. Green card denials based on need for public assistance, 3. Funding for the wall on the basis of a national emergency. KUDOS TO THE JUDGES!!!!! Appeals probable.

Trump: Oh no it's all going horribly wrong

I hope all those appeals fail.

Not probable: certain!

Tragically … I envision ‘Obama era judges’ ...who are being replaced by sicko’s as fast as mitch & trump can fill the voids.. And, the A-holes feel just fine appealing up to the ‘supreme court’ ..where their ‘boys’ get the final say..

While anything that messes up his cotton candy coif is great it'll all move on to appeals and the SC.
BUT maybe by then he will be out of the WH.

...but his SC lives on..

@Varn I know!! It is distressing in the extreme. moscow mitch played a big part in that.

@silverotter11 I’ve a fb friend in Oregon from Kentucky, lately he’s become a one-guy storm of reasoning for his kin to vote against Moscow mitch. Fuckin fingers crossed..

@Varn This time there is someone running against, a Dem I know, but this is what it will take people outside the state working to inform the voters. I'm so hoping they can vote him out or enough senate seats flip so he would no longer have control.

Unfortunately these will all be appealed and final decisions delayed. Then they may end up in front of the Supreme Court - where Trump's appointees may hold the balance of power. Still, any positive decision to support the rule of law is good for the nation.
