It seems to me that besides his children (especially the female ones), money and sex are really the only things that do matter to him.If he does sell that hotel its not because of any other reason than there must be something wrong with the cash flow. Either he's losing money on it or he needs cash to buy something or pay somebody off. You can take that to the bank!

IMO the phrase "democracy up for sale" is 'clickbait', not journalism. So far no emoluments violation has gotten very far (even though I like the attempts).
