We held a neighborhood meeting yesterday evening in Public Place with a Practicing Lawyer in attendance, she heard our side of things, read ALL of the messages he's left in our letter boxes ( which quite is legal to do in Australia so long as they are NOT harassing, etc.) though he was formally invited to attend he declined by sms to the Lawyer stating that he " had no need to attend and be heard since God and Jesus are his only guides and their laws are sacred."
After about an hour of discussions, etc, the Lawyer suggested that we ALL may wish to consider 1 of 2 actions available to us, 1) She will compose an OFFICIAL letter notifying him that " Any further breaches of our Peace and Privacy WILL be resulting in a Court Action being taken to have a Restraining Order placed upon for a period of NOT less 12 months," or, 2) We immediately start Court Proceedings to have a Restraining Order issued against him AND request the Court to IMPOSE a ruling that he attends and undergoes a FULL and Complete Psychological and Psychiatric Evaluation within 30 days of the Ruling being made."
We took a vote and the consensus was in the Affirmative for Option #2.
The Lawyer has also offered her Legal Services to us for absolutely Free and will be preparing the case for Option #2 to heard by the Magistrate as early as next Tuesday.

We are all guessing and EXPECTING that the Fertilizer WILL hit the Ventilator in the next few days when he gets a knock on his door, for a change, and finds the local Sheriff of the Court handing HIM a Summons to appear in Court.

I don't own one so he's out of luck there and everyone else locks theirs anyway especially with him around.

@RavenCT The Registry just hands out registration plates ( 2 per vehicle registered0 on a very random basis UNLESS you opt for what we call 'personalized Rego Plates.
