They seemed to go out of their way not to, and also to bring up totally irrelevant points, i.e. "the economy is doing great."

Well...they offered nothing of substance during trump's campaign....but look where we are.
@bingstl love how they keep trying to take credit for the economy. After bush 2 completely tanked the economy, this whole state would have collapsed if Obama hadnt poured all that money into public works programs, yet all the people who benefited from it are crediting trump. Huh?
