If your targeted market is small it doesn't matter what flavor you are. It just gets more complicated as we age.

More precisely, there are people out there dreaming of a slightly different tasting Strawberry who, once they get past the initial thrill of your strawberry-ness and recover from their ice cream deprivation, will try to change you by adding a little sugar or salt or pistachio to taste. Which is fine if you are willing to change yourself to suit someone else. I used to be willing to do that, but no longer find human companionship worth that sacrifice. Fortunately my peeps at present mostly take me as I am!
