It basically states that the BJP is trying to impose a facist style rule in India regarding lead by hindu nationalistic movement via a citizenship registry which will upset many muslims/non-muslims here. It's basically the endgame for Trump in the US if his ban on Mexicans/Muslims had successfully passed. It;s more worrying now bc the BJP is in complete dominance and this can get passed.
