Our allies (what's left of them anyways) should be friendlier, but it really depends on how Pence acts; what policies he keeps/reverses and if he shows respect for the international community or keeps up trumps level of disdain. I would expect them not to trust pence, but also to give him a chance to try and right relations. Short leash on that, though.
Kim Jong-un most probably won't be writing any more "beautiful" love letters, which means Pence (hopefully) won't be played by him. Whom I kidding? Pence was stupid enough to hitch his wagon to trumps horse so he'll probably get played by him too. At least, short of the resumption of hostilities, that relationship can only get better.

If he is removed and replaced by his VP, no, I don't think so. If he is removed by an election and is replaced by someone in a different party, yes, for sure.

On the former, I think it would depend a lot on Pence's speechwriter..
@thinkwithme I think that, because he is such a zealous christian, he might inflame hostilities in western asia even further.
@RoboGraham There are devout christian and islamic people who have been able to coexist peacefully as neighbors. It is more the philosophy of the individuals, their personal interpretation of living their religion that may create or dissuade conflict. There would be concern that the rights of all Americans including lgbt be protected. However, Pence would be in office for a limited amount of time. The response of the nation would, to a large degree, affect how Pence addressed protection for all citizens as well.
@thinkwithme This discussion is moot. The only way this president will be removed is through an election.
