As long as he made his money (which he has turned the Federal government into a huge funnel of money into his family business), debt didn’t matter. Accumulate enough of it, declare bankruptcy (the business, not personal), leave contractors, banks and employees hanging (that will be us, the taxpayers) and walk away to start over. This is what he does.
