Pompeo is an example of the worst that Christianity, or rather those who loudly declare themselves Christians, have to offer. He was a congressman from (I'm ashamed to say) my state before his innate gift for boot licking blind obedience, attracted the attention of our sycophant loving president. Sadly as those of his moral character are prone to, he has not only sunken deeper into corruption, he has sought to ingratiate himself to his president in the effort to pull more power unto himself. He now sees that despite his doing everything in his power to prevent it the house of cards he moved into and continued to add to has begun to collapse. He must see that when it finally falls completely he will not only have lost every shred of imagined respect he once had but will quite possibly have earn a prison sentence for most of the remainder of his life, As with all so wrapped in their own self importance do when they see their coming fall he is lashing out violently at all of those who have help show the world the corrupt individual he knows himself to be.
