Even if there is a god or gods that exist, they are not activly involved in the affairs of man. So they would be defined as deist gods. As that is obviously the case it does not matter if they did exist.

Why do people continue to have arguments here about a singular god? God this, god that, god the other. We live on a planet that has huge numbers of gods that people believe in, past and present.

Believers talk about the god they believe in. That's one out of 3,000 +. Forget the others. Agnostics talk about their agnosticism about "god". That's the one they grew up with and care about. Forget the others. Even atheists , my position sometimes say they are atheists about "god". No, you're atheist about ALL of them, and that's consistent anyway.

I get so sick of posts and comments about "god". It's not just semantics. It's a fact that we don't all believe , not believe or are agnostic about one damn god. Yet on it goes.....

Atheism is NOT faith. It is based on science and what we DO know.
God is based on nonsense and faith.
It matters because the population makes its decisions and votes on their "faith".
Thats the problem.
