I challanged my local mayor and I've won a small battle. The community ministerial association handles all invocations for the city and county government meetings. I requested to give an invocational and was stonewalled. I was told it must be biblical, i must be an ordained minister leading a congregation. I emailed several times with the president. My final email blew them out of the water. My local mayor suspended all prayers before all meetings. Whoop!

Yes, my final email outlined the lemon test and I made them aware I'm an assistant star director for American Atheist. They went scrambling.

Pay a small bribe to an internet church. That's how I did it.
@RoboGraham Lets start an online "church". We can ordain each other for a penny.
