Some time ago on "Click and Clack) the car guys a guy called in to say he went to the corner store and put his baby on the roof of the car to open it. He forgot about the baby and drove off. When he returned and got out there was the baby still there. Luckily, the baby was securly strapped into it's holder.

Any charges of neglect or abuse - horror show

@sassygirl3869 No one saw him and he admitted it on the radio.

For a year I was a geographical single parent. My ex was in Korea. The kids and I moved to Belleville, IL. The inlaws were 45 minutes away in St. Louis. Scott AFB was 30 minutes the opposite direction. The youngest was 9 months when we moved there, it was 1992, pre cell phones. My nightmare was that I would put the baby in the van, throw my purse on the front seat, lock the door and slam it shut, and realize my keys were in my purse now locked in the car. To this day I am anal about my keys, I always know where they are.

Nope, never locked in a car. Don't find firefighters funny. And, haven't experienced uncontrollable laughing.
